We want every student to be able to use this website.
Thames International College is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, and targets WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we’ve built in
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks
- Full keyboard operability, skip-to-content link and visible focus states
- Colour contrast meeting AA in both light and dark themes
- Labels on all form fields with clear, screen-reader-friendly error messages
- Reduced-motion support — animations are disabled when your system requests it
- Accessible accordions and menus using native, keyboard-friendly patterns
- Touch targets sized for mobile use
